Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from Pacific Northwest Homecraft Supply. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or is not what you expected, please contact us and we will work to make it right.
1. Return Window
We accept return requests made within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- In resalable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
2. Non-Refundable Items
For safety, quality, and sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns on certain items, including:
- Opened consumable ingredients
- Opened personal care or grooming products
- Used tools or equipment
- Customized, clearance, or final sale items
3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Cancellation
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the return process above.
5. Shipping Timeframes
We aim to ship orders within the timeframe stated at checkout or on the product page. If no shipping timeframe is listed, orders will generally ship within 30 days, unless otherwise communicated.
